This time of disruption presents a great opportunity to rethink and refine your business strategy. In this book, Raines discusses alternatives to status-quo strategy-building frameworks, such as the 50-year-old SWOT analysis. She instead suggests businesses adopt a customer mindset if they want to stand out from the competition. Though Raines targets Differentiated to executives and senior leaders of purpose-driven organizations, those who enjoy reading fact-based stories of business strategy development will likely find value in her insights and fresh point of view.
